André Lima Araújo is a Portuguese architect and comics creator. Soon after graduating in University of Minho he began his career at Marvel Comics, working on titles such as Fantastic Four, Avengers AI, Spider-Verse, Inhumans, Spidey and Black Panther, among many others. He then also worked at DC Comics, as well as to a number of additional publications (MADI, 3W3M) and contributions to movies, TV and videogames (character designs and conceptual art at Netflix, among others).

The author has also been creating and developing his own comic projects, beginning with Man Plus (Titan Comics) and Generation Gone (co-created with Ales Kot, Image Comics). For the past 6 years, André has been working exclusively on creator owned stories, creating Phenomena with Brian Michael Bendis, an ambitious trilogy published by Abrams Books (all 3 books out now). With Rick Remender he developed A Righteous Thirst For Vengeance, a murder mystery published by Image Comics (vols. 1 and 2 out now) and Sacrificers (art divided with Max Fiumara, currently being published). A third unannounced book in their collaboration is currently under production.

When he isn’t working, André likes being with his family, reading, driving and playing videogames. He lives in Portugal with his wife and three daughters.
